How can I contact Customer Service?

The item I would like to purchase is out of Stock. Will it be restocking soon?

We update stock randomly. The easiest way to stay up-to-date on restocks is subscribing to our text list:

AfterPay feature is not letting me checkout. What can I do?

When using the AfterPay feature, please keep in mind that your order total must be over $50. If you’re still having issues, please reach out to info@shoptier.nyc.

How do I take care of my TIER?

Our wash instructions are listed on the item tag, as well as the item details. When in doubt, DRY CLEAN!

I am XYZ size. What size should I get?

Our size chart is listed below each item. Our items run true to size; unless stated otherwise in the item description.

Orders

How do I schedule my pickup order?

  • Choose “Pickup in Studio” as the shipping option
  • Use link in the bottom of the order confirmation email to schedule pickup (There are no same day Pickups)
  • Please come exactly at your scheduled pick-up time. We will not honor pick ups before or after your allotted time.
  • Enjoy your TIER!

When will my order arrive?

Standard processing time is 5-7 Business days. (Not including weekends and holidays)

Pre-order Guidelines

  • Expect orders to ship within 6-8 weeks. Please do not email us about your preorder status prior to the expected shipping duration
  • PLEASE make sure that your address is correct upon checking out. (This includes Address, APT Number and Zip code) We cannot make any modifications, we can only ship orders to the address provided.
  • All Pre-Order items are made to order; meaning no returns or exchanges.
  • Do NOT order IN STOCK items with your preorder. In stock items should be ordered separately. (If you do not order separately, you will have to wait 6-8 weeks to receive these items, even if they are in stock, NO exceptions)

All Sales are FINAL.

My order has been marked delivered

Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipment once it leaves our fulfillment center. Please double check the address you provided at checkout is complete. Otherwise, you will have to file a claim with the USPS to locate your missing package.

I have not received an order confirmation, why is that?

Please double check that the email address provided at checkout is correct. Order Confirmations may take up to 24 hours to appear in your inbox.

I received the wrong item. How do I go about receiving the correct item?

We are a small team and mistakes do happen. In the event that you receive the incorrect item, TIER will cover the cost of shipping both ways. Please emailinfo@shoptier.nycso that we can get you your correct item.

My item is damaged/ faulty. What can I do?

Manufacturing issues do happen. Please email info@shoptier.nycso that we can get you a new item, if possible.

Returns & Exchange

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn. Please email info@shoptier.nyc to confirm if we have the requested item in stock.

I am unsatisfied with this item. Can I return it for a refund?

We do not offer returns at this time. However, please reach out toinfo@shoptier.nycso that we can find a solution.
